I am glad you decided to get (back) in shape and are interested in how to do it in just 8 minutes a day.

I guess working out 4-5 hours a week is just not an option in your busy schedule…I completely get that, I am a dad of 3  – 2 of them being newborn twins, so you can guess …:)
